adidas strategic business plan - branding development and implementation

In March 2021, adidas launched its 5-year strategic business plan OWN THE GAME. It was my task to develop the visual branding, representing the key strategic focus areas sustainability, digital and people, and being timeless enough to last for at least half a decade.

The physical implementation of the branding included office decoration prints for the launch campaign and stage backdrop prints. The digital implementation happened on various channels: on the adidas company website directed at investors, analysts and business media, and on the internal corporate communication channels (intranet, internal social media) with employees as the audience. I developed branded visuals for internal strategy and leadership communication, strategy infographics and digital tools like branded video call backdrops.

To ensure an end-to-end visual consistency of the new strategy design direction, I was also leading the development and and implementation of an according new adidas presentation template. It enables every employee to create presentations in line with the adidas brand guidelines.
